Mrs. MARISA VECCHIO
Marisa grew up on the Gold Coast before settling in Brisbane for university and beyond. She has a BA and an MBA and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Marisa worked in medical and health education for the last 15 years with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and then as CEO of Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited until 2008. She is a company director and won the Qld Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Qld in 2004.
Marisa has been a member of the Zonta Brisbane Breakfast Club since its inception over a decade ago which assists many local and international service projects.
Marisa and her husband Phillip and their daughter Isabella love travel, entertaining and champagne! Marisa joined WANTZ in 2009 which continues to support her keen interest in working closely with the community.
